On 28 May 2011, the city of Savigny sur Orge organised a nightly outdoor "son et lumière" concert in the park "Champagne" with Laurent Petitgirard as Master of Ceremony. This French composer is conductor of the "Orchestre Colonne". Classical soprano singer Mi-kyung Kim sang on this occasion a few Italian opera arias.
